Filter before selecting records
Open My Leads and narrow the list by order or purchase date. Review the order number and date on the rows so you know which batch you are working with. Apply any other relevant filters before using the checkboxes. Confirm the selected count and the intended action instead of assuming the selection represents every page of results.
Export the intended scope
Decide whether you need all filtered records or just the selected rows. An export intended for one order should retain its order reference and purchase date. Open the resulting file and check its row count before importing it elsewhere. Changing a filter and changing a checkbox selection are different actions; review both before exporting.
Understand list removal
Removing records from My Leads tidies the working list. It does not reverse a purchase, refund the wallet or erase the order history. Use the removed-record view to inspect records removed from the active list and restore those you still need to work. Check that view when reconciling a fulfilled order against a shorter active list.
Keep contact instructions separate
List removal is not a replacement for your approved stop-contact process. Maintain the appropriate contact status and suppression instructions in the systems used for outreach. If another system already received an export, changing the portal list does not automatically update that external copy. Review both workflows when closing or reassigning a record.
