Estimate capacity before spending
Start with the time your team can dedicate to reviewing and working new inquiries. As an illustrative planning example, 120 available minutes divided by six minutes per initial attempt gives capacity for 20 records. Replace both assumptions with your own measured workflow.
Turn capacity into a purchase budget
Multiply the batch size by the displayed price per lead. At an illustrative $1 per lead, 20 records cost $20 before any applicable adjustment. This is arithmetic, not a current price quote; the portal supplies the actual price and minimum.
Protect time for follow-up
New records compete with existing callbacks for attention. Subtract your scheduled follow-up workload before calculating capacity for another batch. A smaller batch worked consistently can provide more useful feedback than a large unworked download.
Decide from observed results
After working a batch, compare valid contacts, conversations, appointments and completed sales. Review by product and state. Increase spend only when your own results and available team capacity justify it; no lead batch guarantees a sale.
