Funding and purchasing are separate steps
A PayPal top-up adds money to your portal wallet after payment capture is confirmed. A lead purchase uses wallet funds for the selected order. A successful top-up does not itself mean leads have been allocated.
Choose a budget from the current quote
Check the live checkout quote before funding. Rates, state promotions, minimums and eligible coupon discounts can affect the quantity. Fund only the amount you intend to use after reviewing the applicable terms.
Use the visible coupon field
Enter your code in the coupon box on Buy Leads. The quote shows whether it applied. Personal offers can be restricted to an account, states, products, dates or a minimum spend. A code is not a discount until checkout confirms it.
Check status before retrying
If PayPal returns you to the portal but the result is unclear, check wallet transactions and order status first. Avoid repeating payment attempts while a payment is still processing. Contact support with the transaction reference if the credited amount does not match the confirmed payment.
