Keep a consistent record
For each batch, record purchase date, state, product, number of leads and amount spent. Apply the same definition of contacted, appointment and sold across your team. A dial attempt alone is not a conversation.
Calculate the useful ratios
Contact rate is conversations divided by attempted records. Cost per conversation is lead spend divided by conversations. Cost per sale is lead spend divided by completed sales. If the denominator is zero, show no result yet rather than a misleading zero-dollar cost.
Compare like-for-like batches
Separate products, states and lead-age ranges. Track how long your team waited before the first attempt. Comparing an immediately worked batch with a neglected batch can hide the effect of your own process.
Close the feedback loop
Use the portal feedback form to report source confusion, checkout friction or a recurring data problem. Include an order reference and a concise description. For individual lead issues, use the existing disposition and support workflow; avoid copying consumer information into general feedback.
