Our source-checking routine
When a customer asks about a headline, identify the drug, the year mentioned and the question they want answered. Use the current plan’s approved tools for the individual comparison. Do not reuse an old news figure without confirming which year and program it describes.
Avoid an unsupported savings promise
A national estimate is not a personalized estimate. Explain which facts come from CMS and which details still require a plan-specific check. If the answer is not available in your approved materials, contact the appropriate carrier resource rather than filling the gap with an assumption.
